What we collect, who sees it, and when it is deleted.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number, city, property type, and backup preference.
• The quotation, electricity bill, or system description you upload. Bills carry your name, address, and consumer reference.
• Your email address and password if you create an account. Passwords are stored only as hashes by our authentication provider.
• For installers: company details, contacts, service areas, and the evidence you submit for review.

Why we collect it

To check that a request is in scope, write the assessment, send payment instructions and the finished report, and answer your questions on WhatsApp. Installer details are used to review and activate companies.

Who sees it

WattPK staff working on your request. Nobody else. Your number and documents are not shared with any installer during the assessment. If you later ask WattPK to source an installer, we release your contact details only to the installer you select, and that release is recorded against your request with the consent version you agreed to.

Where it is stored

Requests and documents are stored in Supabase in private storage with row-level access controls. Documents are held separately from the request record. The site is hosted on Vercel. Private request links carry a token that is stored only as a hash.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to hold your private request link. If website analytics is added, this page will name the tool and what it records.

How long we keep it

WattPK keeps your documents and contact details for twelve months after a request closes, so the assessment and any refund can be referenced, and then deletes them. Ask earlier and we delete the request and its uploaded document within seven working days. Payment and refund records are kept for as long as Pakistani tax rules require.

Your choices

Email hello@wattpk.com from the address or WhatsApp number on your request to see, correct, or delete what we hold. You can withdraw WhatsApp consent at any time; we will then contact you only through your private request page.
